Paris Couture Week Kick Off
It is high-fashion season in Paris, with Paris Couture Week started just a couple of days ago. Menswear Fashion Week just ended a while back, and it is time for some of the best couture and fashion pieces ruling the runway across the beautiful city of Paris for an entire week. Balenciaga’s former designer, Joseph Thimister, kicked off the amazing parade by showing his latest collection with his own personal fashion label. It was Thimister’s first independent fashion show; he did a great job starting series of spectacular shows in Paris Couture Week.
Young designer Alexis Mabille will be sharing the runway with John Galliano of Christian Dior, along with Armani Privé of Giorgio Armani, featuring what rumored to be an interesting fashion line. Seeing young designers conquer fashion lovers attending Paris Couture Week is always exciting, and this year is no different. Prepare for some amazing collections of soft tops, gorgeous dresses, and trendy chic outfit.
The next Paris Haute Couture show would be Stéphane Rolland, followed by Givenchy and Chanel. Elie Saab, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Valentino will feature amazing fashion pieces and close this grand fashion ceremony. Christian Lacroix is not introducing any new fashion line this year because of the latest bankruptcy and financial troubles. Christian Lacroix always present amazing show over the past couple of years, and it is a great loss that we can no longer see the label’s new collection this year. Still, we are looking at some highly anticipated couture in the next couple of days.
